Converted yen to rupees in under a tenth of a second. The JSON is tiny and clear: amount, base, date, and one rate. The date on the rate was the previous business day, not today, so it is an ECB reference rate rather than a live market price. That is fine if you know it, but the docs on V do not spell out the lag.
